Smoke-free zones ‘failing the public’

Smoke-free zones do little to protect smokers.

Don’t you mean “NON-smokers”? The article is calling for an all-out ban on smoking in public places. We have that now in Winnipeg, and it’s awesome to be able to go to restaurans, pubs, etc. without getting your lungs assaulted by thoughtless nicotine addicts.
