Teaching Tip
I learned a few new things about teaching last week. When trying to get the group to discuss something its sometimes better to provide a few different possible answers to a particular question. Last week I had a discussion about effective character transformation. Instead of asking “How do you change your character”, I gave the students 4 options and then asked them which was the best option. I’m finding that framing the discussion gives people a starting point they can work with.

Um, what is Sprite Ice? Where are you from again? We have Sprite Remix here in Georgia, and its pretty awful too. DNL (7-UP upside down) is pretty good though.

Ah. I should’ve figured, with all of the references to Jordon, et al. Hey, best of Providence to your launching out into home churching! I’ve been being church with a community like that for nearly five years now. Its as frustrating as all get out sometimes but I wouldn’t trade it for anything…the Headship of Jesus Christ in meetings really rocks.
